Healing Touch
is a sacred healing art that flows from the laying-on-of-hands
found in the Judeo-Christian tradition. It is a contemporary
interpretation of this ancient healing practice combining prayer
and touch. Please read about Treatments
& Healing to learn what issues Healing Touch can address.

Creative Counseling
involves not only traditional counseling, but incorporates more
expressive methods in dealing with issues... sand play, various
art mediums, music, drumming, guided meditations and visualizations,
etc. Counseling is the process of sharing with another who can
help identify areas that keep us from living fully. It is exploration
and growth to discover what Spiritual Wholeness can be for each
individual. |
 |
Wellness Counseling
helps those dealing with chronic and terminal illnesses. This
is a process of looking at why we get the illnesses we do, what
meaning it has for our lives, and working towards developing
a healthy relationship to the illness to find wholeness in living
with it. This usually lessens symptoms and the amount of medication
a person needs. Wellness counseling integrates other healing
approaches with traditional medicine to find healing (meditation,
herbs/vitamins, Healing Touch, creative counseling).

Spiritual Direction
provides a way for a person to deepen his/her spiritual life.
Spiritual Direction invites questions and conversations about
spirituality and encourages spiritual relationships. The questions,
"who is God/Spirit to me?" and "who am I to God/Spirit?"
are important dynamics to explore in the search for healing
and connection. Prayer and other spiritual practices will be
used in learning more about one's spiritual journey.

Ancient Healing
Practices, through methods such as shamanism, are forms
of healing our society is reclaiming. They view both physical
and emotional illness as connected to the disharmony of spirit.
Shamanic practices, in particular, seek to restore what is out
of balance or displaced, bringing harmony to one's life.

Tama-Do was
developed by Fabien
Maman and means "The Way of the Soul." Chi movement,
natural acoustic sound and pure color are used for the finest
and least invasive healing techniques. These techniques nourish
the human energy system and aid the body in the recovery of
its own balance of health. In this natural way, consciousness
is evolved as the body heals. |
 |
Vibrational/Tonal
Healing is used as a tool for restoring inner balance and
awakening the spirit. The principles of entrainment, resonance,
toning, and harmonics assist in achieving overall wellness,
greater energy, and realization of our spiritual potential.
The practitioner uses various instruments and tones (drums,
gongs, singing bowls, rattles, voice) to produce vibrations
and tones that impact the physical body and its energy field
to assist in healing. |

CranioSacral Therapy
works with the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surround
and protect the brain and spinal cord. The craniosacral system
influences the development and performance of the brain and
spinal cord. An imbalance or restriction in it could potentially
cause any number of sensory, motor, or neurological disabilities.
It is a gentle method of detection
and correction that encourages your own natural healing mechanisms
to dissipate negative effects of stress on your central nervous
system. One also benefits from better overall health and resistance
to disease. CranioSacral therapy strengthens your body's ability
to take better care of you. Please read about Treatments
& Healing to learn what issues CranioSacral Therapy
can address.

Somatoemotional
Release helps the body let go of negative energy. Negative
emotion can be stored as "energy cysts" which cause
disruption in the body. By identifying and releasing these,
recoveries that seem miraculous can be facilitated. Imagination,
creativity, imagery, and dialogue are used to assist in the
release of negative or unwanted energy. |
